MY STORY
The idea of creating an online dessert store in Geneva without gluten, lactose and refined white sugar arose from my participation in a sugar-free marathon, where I gradually gave up sugar, lactose and gluten for 6 weeks.
At the end of the marathon, my body responded with gratitude.
I conquered my addiction to sweets, lost 7 pounds and felt healthy.
I decided to stick with my results and started looking for dessert alternatives for myself, but couldn’t find anything. I then followed a training course to learn how to make them so that I could please myself and my loved ones with natural and healthy desserts.
My new knowledge, rave reviews and a strong demand for my desserts, motivated me to go further and cook to order.
Today I bring you healthy desserts without gluten, lactose and refined sugar, which are suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
