The content of the Vibake.ch website and photos of the products, is offered to you as is and may not be used, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, represented, sold, assigned or otherwise exploited for any purpose other than viewing and using them. 

You agree not to violate any legal standards or use the Services for any unlawful purpose; not to infringe the intellectual property of VI or any third party; not to include any false, incomplete or inaccurate information; not to include any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs or any other programs designed to damage, adversely affect, intercept or defeat any system, data or personal information

Termination

VI may, in its sole discretion and without liability to you, with or without cause, with or without notice, at any time terminate your access to all or any part of the Services, such as deleting your Customer Account.

You agree that VI may, in its sole discretion, terminate your use of the Services for any reason, including, without limitation, for lack of use or if it believes that you have violated any provision of the TOS. VI may also, in its sole discretion and at any time, discontinue providing the Services or any portion thereof, with or without notice. You further agree that VI shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to or provision of the Services.

Terms and Conditions of Sale

Scope of Application:

The following T&Cs apply to all orders placed by consumers of the online store.

Prerequisites for the order

In accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code on the conclusion of online contracts, after viewing the details of your order, and in particular its total price, you will have the opportunity to correct any errors. Then, the contract will be concluded when you click on the button allowing you to confirm your order and acknowledge your payment obligation.

Prices:

The prices indicated on the Site are net prices in Swiss francs. 

VI reserves the right to immediately reflect any change in the applicable VAT rate on the prices displayed on the Site.

The prices displayed on the Site may be modified at any time without prior notice from VI, without any liability on its part. However, these price changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

Delivery Terms:

Shipping charges may be added to the prices listed for the products. 

Delivery will be made according to the delivery date and time selected and the address indicated during the ordering process.

Payment :

All orders placed on the Site must be paid for before delivery.

Payment for your order is made by TWINT or through the PayPal payment service.

Right of Return :

Subject to any applicable legal provisions, in particular in terms of public health on foodstuffs, VI excludes any guarantee on its part regarding the products ordered via the Site.

In case of error during the delivery of the order only (incorrect quantity, wrong product category, etc.), a possible defect must be reported immediately to VI.

An exchange or return of delivered products is generally excluded due to the nature of the products.

Guarantees

VI must be notified immediately of any defects. It is up to VI to decide whether the defective product should be repaired or replaced. 

Liability for any indirect or consequential damage is entirely excluded. The liability for direct damages is limited to the contractual amount. This limitation does not apply to direct damage caused by gross negligence or intentional act. The customer is obliged to report any damage to the company immediately. Any liability for persons who are not directly employed by the company is entirely excluded.
