Carrot Cake

This cake offers some unusually tasty combinations: a spiced carrot cake with a vegan-based Philadelphia icing, complemented by the addition of crunchy walnuts.

Ingredients : Vegan cream (water, coconut oil, cocoa butter, rapeseed oil, cashew puree, maple syrup, coconut milk powder, lecithin, lemon juice, xanthan gum),Vegan Philadelphia (water, coconut oil, almond protein (6%), oat bran (3%), table salt, thickener (locust bean gum), vegan ferments), flour mix (rice flour, chickpea flour, corn flour, almond flour),  almond milk, carrot, apple puree, cane sugar, rapeseed oil, nuts, lemon juice, cinnamon, salt.

Warning! Oats contain proteins called prolamins, which make up gluten. It’s up to the doctor to decide whether or not to authorise oats, on a case-by-case basis.

May contain traces of gluten, peanuts and nuts.
