Number Cake

The popular Numeral cake. For special occasions.

Shortbread in a combination of vegan-based Philadelphia icing and a bright addition of  fruit compote.

Number cake is available in standard size. One number (6 – 8  pers), two numbers (10 -13 pers), three numbers (18-24 pers)

Ingredients :  vegan cream (water, coconut oil, cocoa butter, rapeseed oil, cashew puree, maple syrup, coconut milk powder, lecithin, lemon juice, xanthan gum) Vegan Philadelphia (water, coconut oil, almond protein (6%), oat bran (3%), table salt, thickener (locust bean gum), vegan ferments),   flour mix (rice flour, corn flour, almond flour), cane sugar, xanthan gum, vegan butter(coconut, sunflower, rapeseed oils, water, bean protein, lecithin, natural  flavouring, beta-carotene, glucose.) salt, banana, passion  fruit, NH pectin.

Warning! Oats contain proteins called prolamins, which make up gluten. It’s up to the doctor to decide whether or not to authorise oats, on a case-by-case basis.
